If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, or someone you love is in danger, please call 911, visit your local hospital or utilize one of the following resources that can provide immediate help.

  • 988 Mental Health Emergency Hotline: The universal mental health crisis line can be used nationwide. Calling 988 will connect you to a crisis counselor regardless of where you are in the United States.
